Broken Door si ispira alla public house nel suo senso originale: un luogo informale e accogliente, aperto a tutti.
Il nome richiama la “porta rotta”, simbolo di uno spazio che resta aperto e accogliente.
Il progetto si basa sulla semplicità curata.
Cibo e bevande seguono la stessa idea: cucina di casa con proposte da condividere; birre, vini e drink selezionati.
Nulla di complesso, tutto pensato per essere coerente e piacevole.
Broken Door non è un pub moderno o classico, ma un luogo da vivere, non da consumare.
Broken Door is inspired by the original idea of the public house: an informal and welcoming place, open to everyone.
The name recalls the “broken door”, a symbol of a space that stays open and welcoming.
The project is built around thoughtful simplicity.
Food and drinks follow the same approach: simple food made for sharing, alongside a selected choice of beers, wines and drinks.
Nothing overly complicated, just things chosen to feel natural, balanced and enjoyable.
Broken Door is neither a modern nor a traditional pub, but a place meant to be lived in, not simply visited.
